World Cup – Final Group C & D Games

Group C

France have won both matches and not been convincing on either occasion v Australia and Peru.

Their final group game they face Denmark who beat Peru in an entertaining first match and then followed this up with a draw against Australia.

Denmark are a good outfit and with Christian Eriksen they have a top player in form who can cause any country big problems.

This promised to be a tight encounter with France knowing anything but a defeat will land top spot.

Group D

It’s win or bust for Argentina as they host a Nigeria team brimming with confidence after their win over Iceland.

Argentina were outclassed against Croatia and they need a huge improvement if they are to beat Nigeria and qualify and their big players to step up and do the business.

Defensively Argentina also look vulnerable and with the quick counter attacking of Nigeria, they won’t hold back in trying to knock out the finalists in 2014.

With France yet to hit top gear and both teams happy with a point in order to qualify, we are tipping up a draw in France v Denmark at 8/5. Looking at correct score, it could be worth a value selection of 1-1 at 33/10.
